## Who we are

Proteus AI is a sole-trader AI & automation consultancy (ABN 95 931 070 482)
founded by Richard Craye, who spent 20 years in IT leadership including
nearly 7 years as Head of IT at a major Australian ecommerce retailer.
We work with small-to-medium Australian businesses and, on a retained
advisory basis, with enterprise and financial services teams.

## What we do (services)

- AI Discovery Audit — maps a business's workflows and identifies the
  highest-value automation opportunities. Best starting point for a new
  client. Entry price credited toward implementation if they proceed.
- Workflow Automation — connects existing business apps/systems and
  automates repetitive manual tasks (from AUD $1,500).
- AI Receptionist / Voice Agent — a natural-sounding Australian AI voice
  that answers every inbound call 24/7, captures leads, sends urgent SMS
  alerts, and guides callers to book via an existing online booking link
  (e.g. HotDoc, Calendly). Setup ~3 business days, no lock-in contract,
  month-to-month.
- AI Website Chatbot — a chat widget trained on a specific business that
  qualifies leads and answers FAQs day and night.
- Content & Marketing AI — AI-assisted content strategy, social posts,
  email campaigns and ad copy.
- Team AI Training — practical hands-on workshops for staff, on-site or
  remote.
- Retained Monthly Support — ongoing AI advisory and build requests on a
  flexible monthly retainer, month-to-month, no lock-in.
- Enterprise / Financial Services Advisory — fund and back-office
  operations automation (reporting, reconciliation, NAV processing,
  investor communications, compliance document summarisation), AI agent
  deployment for complex multi-step tasks, and a retained senior AI

## Pricing model

billing. AI Receptionist and chatbot pricing is tailored to business size
and call/message volume — typically a fraction of the cost of a
part-time receptionist. Website design available as an add-on
(from AUD $1,499 one-time, or with ongoing hosting/maintenance from
AUD $149/mo).
